Daily Doings

I did these double page LO this morning, as part of the daily challenges (supposed to be from a sketch, but doesn't really look anything like it!), about the weekend we spent in the Southern Highlands at Tree Tops, Bundanoon, in February. It was the weekend we were supposed to go to the Joe Cocker concert on the green but it was rained out. So we spent the weekend exploring antique shops, and we found our beautiful new sideboard. The leadlight windows in Tree Tops were beautiful, but hard to get a good photo of because of the overgrown garden outside (which was also gorgeous).

We spent yestreday at Claudes Mum's, clearing out rubbish and getting ready for the garage sale next weekend. Found some interesting old things to use on my pages.

Tonight we are going out for Tepinyaki for Claude's birthday, with Alissa, Ben and Danielle, so that should be lots of fun.

Be Glad

Below are two Lo's I have done for thwe challenge on 3A's. I am very pleased to have kept up and I am 11 from 11!! it is an inspirational way to scrap and I am really enjoying it. I am also getting through a lot of old photos so that is a bonus.

Yesterday we got our next lesson in "Art that happens to be your Life" and I must say it was like a light going on in my brain(and that doesn't happen often!!!!!). It really spoke to me and now I understand why I like certain photos. What a fabulous photographer Alison is and she is sharing her knowledge in a very down to earth way. So I was able to go through my photos and in PS, change them to be more interpretive. I love it, I am VERY excited. I think the class will be a fabulous experience.

I also went to the hypnotherapist today for my weight management. He was fantastic and you also get motiveated to exercise and to relax. I think it will be very helpful as he teaches relaxion and meditation techniques as well as controlling and modifying your eating habits. I have to have 2 mor esessions, so we will see how it goes. You should see a new mw in 12 months. Hopefully anyway. :)

12 months!!!!!

Since my last blog....maybe an alltime record! I am on jury duty at the moment, only about a week to go and boy, I can't wait. I am still amaging to do lots of scrapping tho, it saves my sanity.

I am keeping up with the daily challenges on 3A's , amazing. I am really enjoying it tho, it is inspiring.

I applied for a position on the KSK DT today. Haven't got a hope in hell but it is worth a try.:)

I did these 2 pages 2day, I was playing with photoshop and gave Sam wings. I like it.

This one uses some stuff g sent me.

Strange Happenings

For some reason the blog I started has dissappeared and this one has appeared ??????? Don't ask me!
I am on holidays now, whooppee. I am really looking forward to not having to go to work for 2 weeks. I should be able to get lots of scrapping done, as well as going to the dentist, getting the car washed and its AC fan fixed, getting a tradesman to fix the taps etc. All the things you don't get time to do when you work full time.
I am also looking forward to getting out on the garden in the backyard... it looks like Beirut after the bombimg. The dogs are diggingg holes everywhere and Hugo manages to go to the toilet on everything so it is all dying! Charming. And the weeds!!!!!!
Can't wait to see if this posts : )

YAy, Im Still Alive and Posting!!

Hi all, still the most hopeless blogger in the world, but still alive and kicking!!. Have just had a really nice holiday,(well not going to work anyway) and I am looking forward to going up to the Hunter Valley this weekend- should be freezing and fun.

Sam has had his first birthday and has grown up so much.....so fast....and is sooooo cute. He started walking about 2 weeks before his birthday and now of course is running. This is a photo I took one day when I was babysitting during the holidays.

I had a fantastic birthday starting the day before at Alisons place where we went scrapbooking, had a cake and got lovely pressies. Then on the actual day I got lots of phone calls, emails and sms's, and everyone on the 3angels sent wishes, it all made me feel very special. Then I had a beautiful lunch on Sunday with Danielle, Alissa, Ben, Sam and Claude at the fabulous Summer Salt restaurant at Cronulla, which was superb.
Been doing lots of scrapbpooking, all sorts of different things and I will upload some of that at a later date.... soon though.
